We're transparent about how we work. Read these before bringing your device in so there are no surprises.
Full payment is required before any repair starts — walk-in or mobile service. No exceptions. For mobile bookings, 50% deposit is required at booking via Square, with balance paid before we leave.
We photograph your device before any work begins. This documents existing damage and protects both you and us. Any pre-existing issues are noted and shown to you before we start.
Once a repair has begun, no refunds are issued. If we cannot complete the repair, you will not be charged for the work attempted. Diagnostic fees may still apply.
If we attempt a repair and cannot fix your device, you are not charged for the repair labor. Initial diagnostic is always free. Detailed diagnostic fee ($75) applies regardless of outcome.
All repairs carry a 14-day workmanship warranty covering the specific parts we replaced or repaired. Same issue returns within 14 days — we fix it free. Warranty does not cover new damage or unrelated issues.
We are responsible only for the parts and components we worked on. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, underlying hardware issues, or problems unrelated to the repair performed.
Water damage repair incurs labor charges regardless of outcome. Water damage causes unpredictable internal corrosion — we cannot guarantee a fixed device. All water damage repairs are attempted at customer's risk. No warranty on water damaged devices.
Older and used devices may have underlying issues unrelated to the repair requested. We will advise you of any concerns before starting. We are not responsible for pre-existing hardware failures that surface during or after a repair.
